We use Google Maps of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google”) on our website to display an interactive map based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Because of the implementation, Google collects device-related information, log data including the IP address, and location-related information. Just by accessing our website, no data is transferred to Google. Only by clicking on the map you activate the interactive map of Google Maps and thus agree to the transmission of the data to Google. The personal data collected by Google is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the US Privacy Shield and is registered with the US Privacy Shield Program of the US Department of Commerce. Google uses the personal data to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. Using Facebook Social Plugins

Use of Twitter Social Plugins

Our website integrates plug-ins from the short message network of Twitter Inc, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Twitter”). You can recognize the Twitter plugins (tweet button) by the Twitter logo on our site. An overview of tweet buttons can be found here. We integrated the tweet button using the Shariff solution. When you visit a page of our website, no connection is established with the Twitter servers. If you click on the corresponding button, you will be redirected to a Twitter website. On this page you can share our content by a second click. We have no influence on the processing of personal data on websites of third parties. By accessing the Twitter website, Twitter receives information that you have visited its site with your IP address and other log data. This log data includes browser type, operating system, information about the previously accessed website and pages, location, your mobile provider, device information (including device ID and application ID), search terms and cookie information. This information is transmitted directly from your browser to a Twitter server in the USA and stored there. Twitter complies with the data protection regulations of the U.S. Privacy Shield and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s U.S. Privacy Shield program. Twitter uses the personal data collected to play off personalised advertising against you and to measure its success. Twitter uses the so-called cross-device tracking method. With this Twitter can personalize content across devices. You can make settings for your currently used device while it is logged off from Twitter here. If you click the Twitter “tweet button” while logged into your Twitter account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Twitter profile. Using Instagram Plugin

On our website we use the Instagram plugin, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”), on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Use of email marketing tools for newsletters

We send our personalized newsletter via the provider HubSpot of HubSpot, Inc. 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA (“HubSpot”). The data you provide will be transferred to a HubSpot server in the USA and stored there. HubSpot complies with the data protection regulations of the “US Privacy Shield” and is registered with the “US Privacy Shield” program of the US Department of Commerce. In addition, we have concluded an order processing agreement with HubSpot. With this contract HubSpot assures that they process the data in accordance with the basic data protection regulation and guarantee the protection of the rights of the person concerned. With HubSpot we can measure and evaluate the behaviour of our newsletter recipients. This includes the opening, click, bounce, delivery, unsubscribe and conversion rates. The evaluation is also carried out by so-called web beacons. These are pixel-sized graphic files that are implemented in the e-mail. Web beacons collect information such as IP address, browser type/version, email client and time of retrieval. It can also be used to track who opens the e-mail and clicks on the links it contains. The evaluation of user behavior is done to measure the success of email campaigns and to improve our and HubSpot’s offerings.
